«Έρχεται» σύστημα διαχείρισης αποβλήτων ελαστικών - Waste tire management system is "coming"
Σύστημα διαχείρισης αποβλήτων ελαστικών προ των πυλών. Την έγκριση των σχετικών κανονισμών από τη Βουλή αναμένει το Υπουργείο Γεωργίας για να εφαρμόσει το συγκεκριμένο σύστημα, το οποίο την στιγμή αυτή βρίσκεται στο στάδιο αδειοδότησης. Το εν λόγω σύστημα θα είναι υπεύθυνο για την συλλογή, μεταφορά και επεξεργασία ελαστικών.
Το θέμα τέθηκε σήμερα κατά την διάρκεια συνάντησης του Υπουργού Γεωργίας με αντιπροσωπεία του Συνδέσμου Εισαγωγέων Ελαστικών και της Διαχειριστικής Εταιρείας Ανακύκλωσης Ελαστικών, με εκπροσώπους του ΚΕΒΕ και της Ένωσης Δήμων.
Όπως αναφέρεται σε επίσημη ανακοίνωση, ο κ. Ηλιάδης πληροφορήθηκε ότι την ευθύνη συγκρότησης και λειτουργίας του συστήματος αυτού θα έχουν στην Κύπρο οι εισαγωγείς των ελαστικών. Κατά τη συνάντηση επισημάνθηκε ότι το σύστημα διαχείρισης αποβλήτων ελαστικών πρόκειται να λειτουργήσει σύντομα, αμέσως μετά την ψήφιση των σχετικών Κανονισμών από τη Βουλή των Αντιπροσώπων.
Σημειώθηκε ότι με την έναρξη της λειτουργίας του, το σύστημα θα καλύψει ολόκληρη την Κύπρο και θα διαχειρίζεται το σύνολο των αποβλήτων ελαστικών, και ως εκ τούτου αναμένεται να επιτευχθεί εξαρχής συνολική διαχείριση των αποβλήτων ελαστικών.

System waste tires at the gates. The approval of the relevant regulations of the House expects the Ministry of Agriculture to implement this system, the moment is under license. This system is responsible for collecting, transporting and processing tires.
The issue came today during a meeting with the Minister of Agriculture delegation of the Association of Importers of Tyre and Tire Recycling Management Company, with representatives of the CCCI and the Union of Municipalities.
As stated in an official statement, Mr Eliades was informed that the responsibility of setting up and operating the system will have on the Cyprus importers of tires. The meeting noted that the system of waste tires going to work soon, right after the adoption of the Rules of the House of Representatives.
It was noted that the launch of the system will cover the whole of Cyprus and manage all the waste tires, and therefore expected to be achieved from the outset the overall management of waste tires.
